Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Real Money Balance will be used before Bonus Balance unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ubajee platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bets voided, and all balances forfeited:

Where an account is suspended or closed for cause, ubajee reserves the right to retain any balance held in that account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ubajee may permanently forfeit the balance. Where no breach is established, any retained balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
